A two-hour online session for all rep types, this learning session will give you an overview of the Band 5 role review of nurses in the NHS and explore the connection between this and the national nursing profiles.
Hear about the resources available and how you can use them to recruit and support new RCN Job Evaluation (JE) Reps.
Keep a look out for further modules for RCN Stewards on Engaging members and working with employers in the next few months.
If you are unable to make this session, it is being repeated on:
- Wednesday 22 July, from 10am – 12pm
- Thursday 6 August, from 2pm – 4pm
- Tuesday 18 August, from 10am – 12pm
- Tuesday 8 September, from 2pm – 4pm
- Wednesday 23 September, from 10am – 12pm
This CL&D session is focused on the NHS job evaluation scheme. If you aren’t employed in the NHS then it is unlikely the content will be applicable in your workplace.
